We shall be more than pleased to help you with any enquiries or extra information you may require. This beautiful stretch of the Upper Avon Chalk Stream is renowned for fantastic brown trout and grayling.
We do advise you to book your day well in advance. Sporting tickets and season tickets are available. There is an abundance insect life on this lovely stretch of river forming a varied food-source for the resident brown trout.
Fly hatches include mayfly, damselfly, sedge and many others. In addition to these many insects are unfortunate to find themselves blown on to the river from the surrounding countryside. One of the man
large resident brown trout! Food can be provided (prices on request). A supperb grayling! A lovely grayling caught on very light tackle! Did you know that the name ÔgraylingÕ comes from the pattern on the scales... grey-lines.
